John 16.8

6. But because I have spoken these things unto you, sorrow hath filled your heart. 7. Nevertheless I tell you the truth: It is expedient for you that I go away; for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I go, I will send him unto you.

8. And he, when he is come, will convict the world in respect of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment:

9. of sin, because they believe not on me; 10. of righteousness, because I go to the Father, and ye behold me no more; (John 16:6-10, ASV)

6. But because I have told you these things, sorrow has filled your heart. 7. Nevertheless I tell you the truth: It is to your advantage that I go away, for if I don’t go away, the Counselor won’t come to you. But if I go, I will send him to you.

8. When he has come, he will convict the world about sin, about righteousness, and about judgment;

9. about sin, because they don’t believe in me; 10. about righteousness, because I am going to my Father, and you won’t see me any more; (John 16:6-10, WEB)

8. and having come, He will convict the world concerning sin, and concerning righteousness, and concerning judgment;

9. concerning sin indeed, because they do not believe in me; 10. and concerning righteousness, because unto my Father I go away, and no more do ye behold me; (John 16:6-10, YLT)
