Brands, events, influencers, advertise here
Reach a Christian audience actively studying apologetics, theology, and biblical defense. Site-wide rotation across the codex plus the community forum. Self-serve, two pricing models, optional targeting by app, codex section or topic, admin override available for sponsorships.
Five slots, three surfaces
Codex
Above the fold on desktop. After the newsletter widget on mobile.
Codex
Highest-engagement slot. Reader is mid-read when they see it. Same banner creative as the forum and apps.
Forum
Same banner creative as the codex in-article and apps slots.
Forum
Persistent throughout the visitor session.
Apps
Seen at the end of a quiz or lesson, when the reader is done and deciding what to do next.
Codex
Seen by readers who finished the page and stayed for the conversation. Same banner creative as the in-article slot.
Pick whichever pricing fits your campaign. Weekly is predictable (X dollars for N weeks, runs continuously). CPM lets you prepay an impression budget and the ad serves until delivered. Run everywhere the placement appears at the standard price, or target up to 10 places (one app, a codex section such as Arguments, a topic such as Islam or Origins, or specific pages) at a higher rate: one site or app x1.25, a section x1.5, a topic x2, specific pages x3 with a $25 minimum. Bible passage pages can be excluded but are never sold as a target.
How it works
- Sign in with your codex / forum account (or register, free).
- Create a campaign: pick a slot, pick weekly or CPM pricing, upload your creative (JPG / PNG / GIF / WebP, ≤2 MB), set the target URL.
- Pay with PayPal. Your ad enters review.
- Admin approves (typically within 24 hours). Ad goes live and starts serving.
- Edit your creative anytime; content changes return the ad to review automatically.
What we accept
- Christian publishers, ministries, apologetics events, conferences, podcasts, courses.
- Books, study tools, software, apps, and services relevant to Christian readers.
- Tasteful brand campaigns from companies that align with the codex's audience.
What we don't accept
- Content contradicting historic Christian doctrine (atheism, anti-theism, syncretism, occult, prosperity-gospel grift).
- Adult content, gambling, deceptive financial products, MLM.
- Anything misrepresenting the codex's editorial position.
Final approval rests with the admin. Rejected campaigns are refunded in full; admin-comped placements (sponsorships, partnerships) do not count toward published revenue figures.
